Context

Founded in 2018, 9T Labs enables series production of high-strength and light-weight composite parts through its proprietary Additive Fusion technology. In 2021, 9T Labs had 30 FTEs and was planning an expansion of its workforce in the coming year. They identified the need to increase People-Led activities to be able to sustain the growth and keep everyone engaged. To help them with this topic, Diane, Head of People in Residence, was available to join the team once a week for a 6 months period.

Achievements

Within 6 months, we achieved the following : 

  • A streamlined and efficient Talent Acquisition Process, 
  • Definition of 9T Labs’ culture and values, 
  • A clear employee engagement plan and accompanying execution strategy, 
  • The implementation of the Strengths Philosophy from Gallup.
